REMINDERPRO HELP: TEMPLATES Templates provide a quick way to add new reminders because you specify in advance some of the information, such as the group in which the reminder is saved, or the sound that is played when the reminder is displayed, or how the reminder is to repeat. That way, when you schedule a reminder using a template, some of the information about the reminder is already entered for you. Templates are used to schedule reminders only. Application or document launches cannot be scheduled with templates. The Templates window, titled “Reminder Templates”, shows you the list of templates. It also allows you to create additional templates, edit them, or delete them. You can create as many templates as you wish up to a maximum of 100. To access the Templates window, select “Templates” from the “Customize” menu. ReminderPro is shipped with some sample templates. You can change them, or delete them. There is one template, called the “Default Template”, which is built into ReminderPro. This template appears in bold text in the Templates window. You cannot delete this template. You can change its definition, however. When you schedule a reminder without using a template, this default template is used.
